<blockquote><p>It had a Canadian look to it but the red and white uniform worn by the visitor to Canadian troops at forward operating base Mas&#8217;um Ghar was definitely not regulation.</p>
<p>However, the government-issued flak jacket worn underneath certainly was.</p>
